Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Dillon Nathaniel:

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full 100% refund, minus S&H. The way it works is simple, you just email us requesting a return authorization number (RA number) within 3 days of receiving the product(s) and ship it back within 10 days. Not Mandatory, but we request that you give us a reason so we can improve our product & service. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction.

To return an item, please send an email to info@dillonnathaniel.com and request an RA number before returning the product. No returns will be accepted without an RA number and packages sent to Dillon Nathaniel without one will be returned to sender. The customer will be responsible for all costs of shipping back product(s).
